Modern, down-to-earth cuisine, prepared with passion and attention to detail—that is the credo of chef Stephan Schlecht. The menu is therefore full of homemade delicacies. We serve typical regional specialties such as tripe, roast beef, and hand-scraped spaetzle, as well as international dishes, which we carefully prepare fresh for you using selected ingredients. We cook our Swabian Maultaschen according to our traditional family recipe, which has been passed down through generations. We would also be happy to take you on a culinary journey of discovery.
It is a long-standing tradition of our restaurant to use first-class products from the region, which we source directly from the producers. The meat comes from farmers in the Swabian Alb biosphere area who practice species-appropriate animal husbandry, and the vegetables come from surrounding farms. For us, carefree enjoyment means not only excellent food and drink combined with refined hospitality, but also a respectful approach to nature.

Unsere Räumlichkeiten
Gaststube
With traditional wood paneling, a warm tiled stove, and Swabian coziness, the rustic dining room is the heart of our establishment. Our dining room can accommodate up to 40 people. Adjacent to it is our adjoining room for 20 people.
Conservatory
In this light-filled setting, you can spend time surrounded by greenery and turn your celebration into a unique experience. The winter garden offers a charming setting for events with up to 80–90 people.
Garden feeling
The spacious garden terrace, which adjoins the conservatory, is simply dreamlike. In summer, it is ideal for parties and celebrations with up to 50 guests, complemented by our stylish lounge for celebrations under the chestnut tree.
Lounge
Our lounge impresses with warm wooden elements, portable fire elements, and candlelight. The perfect place for relaxed celebrations, stylish events, and enjoyable aperitifs in a cozy atmosphere.
