Today, the Rößle is a dynamic and modern family business. We have a rich history, with the Rößle having been family-owned since 1864. Over the course of 160 years, our small inn has developed into a renowned hotel in the Ermstal valley.

Over the past 160 years, four generations of the family have run the Rößle with dedication and passion. Starting with Alma and Johannes Reusch, who laid the foundation, to Marta and Fritz Maier, who further developed the Rößle, to Ursula and Siegfried Schlecht, who successfully guided it through challenging times. Today, the Rößle is run by Birgit and Stephan Schlecht, who continue the tradition with commitment, diligence and passion.

Even in the fourth generation, we still live by our philosophy: warm hospitality, love for our profession and a passion for quality – these values continue to shape our actions today. A synonym for quality and hospitality.
